Most of our co-op participants are looking for local families who have disposable income and can afford their products and services, so we chose the 5,000 most affluent households in the 37066 zip code.  They range in age from 25 to 75 and most homes have at least one minor child in the home.

"Will you help me create the ad for the postcard?"

Yes, we will help you with the copywriting, the offer structure and the graphic design.  We suggest some sort of limited time special offer that is tied to this particular postcard, that way it will be easy for you to identify respondents.  For example, you might say, “Reference this postcard for a FREE initial consultation, normally $99.  Offer expires August 15”.  This way you’re not just ‘brand building’, but have an offer you can track and you’ve given them an incentive to act now, rather than procrastinate.

"What is the exact date the postcards will be mailed?"

We don’t have a guaranteed mailing date.  We’re running this as a co-op, so we work to get everyone’s ad in place, paid for, printed and mailed in a window of approximately two weeks.  Once the postcards are printed and addressed, they’re delivered to the USPS.  In our experience the post office will deliver them within a week (this is bulk mail so there is no guarantee).    Our objective is to mail every month or so, giving our co-op participants regular exposure in the community.
